I am a retired cake decorator and caterer who also worked as a waitress and cook at a truck stop, and a cook at a local breakfast and lunch cafe. I am now teaching daughters-in-law and grandchildren some of the tricks of the trade so that they can make custom cakes for their family celebrations.
