And thanks to the magic of her YouTube channel and her new book How to Cook That: Crazy Sweet Creations (Mango, 2021), we finally get to enjoy her talents here in the U.S.A. Learn to impress guests with simple yet stunning creations like Chocolate Raspberry Tart. All of her recipes have standard cups, grams and ounce measurements, along with Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures listed, so there’s no guesswork in the conversions. Educational and informative but also fun and of course, delicious, her book will hopefully make her just as popular on this side of the ocean!
